Abstract: Through the monitoring and analysis of hydrogen sulfide gas, the law of the horizontal and vertical migration of hydrogen sulfide gas on the leeward side during production was obtained. According to the distribution characteristics of hydrogen sulfide gas, it was proposed to spray absorption liquid at the shearer drum and set it on the leeward side. The treatment technology of the spray device, and design and arrange the spray device were intercepted at the same time. Through the experimental research on the treatment of hydrogen sulfide by spraying the absorption liquid, the best process parameters for the treatment of hydrogen sulfide were obtained. The test results show that the hydrogen sulfide reduction efficiency at the shearer driver is as high as 84.4%, and the hydrogen sulfide reduction efficiency at the C22 measuring point of the downwind flow is as high as 86.7%, and the hydrogen sulfide is effectively treated.
