Wastewater treatment and reuse in chemical industry is one of the key problems in environmental protection field. There are many coal chemical industrial parks in China, and there are many sewage discharge points and complex water quality in the parks, so the task of purification is extremely difficult. The coal chemical wastewater was used as the research object, according to the characteristics of biochemical effluent water quality, the ultrafiltration + nanofiltration as the core of the double membrane advanced treatment technology was developed. The changes of turbidity, CODCr, ammonia nitrogen, total hardness, electrical conductivity, system operating pressure and flux of ultrafiltration membrane of inlet and outlet water were investigated during the process of advanced treatment. The results show that the advanced treatment process can further purify the biochemical effluent, and the CODcr of the effluent is less than 60 mg/L, and the NH3-N is less than 5 mg/L, the Cl- is less than 250 mg/L, the total hardness is less than 20 mg/L, which meet the water quality requirements of supplementary water for industrial circulating cooling water.
