The 13504 working face of Gequan Mine is the No. 5 coal mining face, located in the No. 5 coal seam No. 3 mining area. The hydrogeological conditions in this area are complex, so before the 13504 working face is recovered, it is necessary to check the water richness of the coal and rock layers of the working face, the water accumulation in the adjacent goaf area, and the water conductivity of faults and subsided columns. Underground transient electromagnetic detection technology was used to carry out three-dimensional exploration, top and bottom plates and periphery of the 13504 working face, data analysis through TEMINT software and SURFER software were used to clarify the relatively low-resistance abnormal area within the detection range and detect potential major water inrush hazards, which provided technical basis for water prevention and control measures.
