Combining urban solid waste treatment with the coal industry, a new urban solid waste treatment model based on coal mine filling mining in coal-type cities in Hebei Province was proposed. This model relied on the technological transformation and technological innovation of the coal industry to treat urban solid waste with low cost. High efficiency and large capacity could greatly enhance the urban solid waste treatment capacity, and provide a new urban solid waste treatment concept for Hebei and other resource-based provinces, which had theoretical and practical value.
