Based on the tight replacement of mining working face, combined with the production geological conditions of the 1103 working face of Yitian Coal Industry and the mining situation of the adjacent working face, the thin coal seam high water material was used to fill the roadway retaining technology, and the filling body strength was taken as 8 MPa, the filling body width was 1.2 m. According to the relationship between the advancement speed of the working face and the solidification performance of the high-water filling material, each shift was 3.6 m and the water-cement ratio 1.5∶1. The supporting system consisting of reinforcing support and filling body in the roadway could cut off the overlying rock stratum of sufficient height, so that the upper rock stratum could be balanced by the support of the falling meteorite in the goaf. The field observations showed that the overburden activity tended to stagnate beyond 110 m of the working face, with stable the deformation of the surrounding rock.
