Naringin is a kind of important natural flavonoid, and widely used in medicine, food science, chemistry and other fields.The extraction process of naringin using alkali mention acid sinking method was studed. Experimental results show when the temperature is 60 ℃, dosage of shaddock peel powder is 50.0 g, dosage of Ca ( OH )2 is 3.75 g, extracting time is 2 h, solid-liquid ratio is 1 : 15, and pH value of acid sinking process is 3, the yield of naringin is 1.24%. The product structure was identified as the target product by infrared spectroscopy.
