In the traditional underground grouting reinforcement process, grouting pump was used to grout near the construction site. Due to the limitation of pumping capacity of cement transportation and grouting pump, grouting reinforcement with serious hysteresis and high transportation cost, seriously affected the supporting effect. Xingdong Mine adopted ground grouting, pipeline transportation, and long-distance conveying ground grouting technology for underground grouting, separating pulping and grouting, and using gravity to achieve long-distance slurry transport. Practice showed that the technology shortened the grouting period from 50 d to 4 d in the traditional grouting mode, which improved the grouting efficiency, ensured the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway, and played an auxiliary role in the stability of the concrete-filled steel tube supports, providing reference for the transportation problem of grouting reinforcement in deep well surrounding rock
