Based on low strength of surrounding rock of deep coal roadway in large section of Yunjialing Mine, and the coal body crack was developed. The original high-strength anchor net rope combined with support cannot maintain the stability of surrounding rock of coal roadway, which seriously affected the normal use of coal roadway.Combined with the theory of double hull anchorage support and on-site engineering conditions, the mine continuous double skin deep coal roadway anchor support in principle was established to optimize roadway cross section shape, through the circumference of grouting in rock mass, formed in surrounding rock of roadway surrounding rock of shallow and deep continuous double hull supporting structure, improved the bearing capacity of surrounding rock of roadway, surrounding rock grouting and anchor, the anchor coupling support.Through the field industrial test form construction technology of anchor note integration, on the premise of guarantee the quality of roadway support construction, ensured the efficiency of coal roadway construction, through the field monitoring, the roof bolt rope supporting efficiently achieved 95% above, two efficient anchor bars of 80% or more, gave full play to the function of bolt anchor cable support, effectively limited the deformation of surrounding rock of roadway.
