In order to solve the problems existing in the traditional scraper conveyor monitoring system, the industrial Ethernet core technology was used to study and design the remote monitoring system of the fully mechanized face scraper conveyor. The main system structure of the system was described, namely the composition and function of the on-board monitoring system of the scraper conveyor, the remote monitoring system of the scraper conveyor and the ground remote monitoring system of the scraper conveyor. The functional test of each structural system module of the scraper conveyor remote monitoring system was carried out. The test results verified the feasibility and reliability of the system.
