In order to analyze the characteristics of mining pressure during the mining of 2-512 working face and the adaptability of the support, the mining pressure monitoring station and the stress distribution characteristics of the working face were analyzed by arranging the mine pressure monitoring station at different positions on the working face. The statistical analysis of the initial support force, working resistance and end resistance of the bracket was carried out during the recovery mining. The results showed that the initial pressure step of the working face was about 37 m, and the pressure step 17 m. The management of the initial support force of the bracket should be strengthened during the subsequent mining.
