摘要 以蜂毒肽mastoparan(简称MP)和孤蜂毒液肽Anoplin为母体,通过Leu、Lys连接起来组成具有25个氨基酸残基的2条新型抗菌肽AM-1、AM-2。实验研究表明,该新型抗菌肽的体外抗肿瘤明显高于母体,对正常细胞(NIH-3T3)的杀伤力低于肿瘤细胞,说明其具有一定的选择性毒性,但是其溶血率却较高。

Abstract :Taking mastoparan(MP) and Anoplin as the parent, two novel antimicrobial peptides AM-1 and AM-2 with 25 amino acid residues were formed by linking Leu and Lys. The experimental results show that the antitumor activity of the new antimicrobial peptide in vitro is significantly higher than that of its parent, and its lethality to normal cells (NIH-3T3) is lower than that of tumor cells, indicating that it has certain selective toxicity; but its hemolysis rate is higher.
