Based on heavy weight of hydraulic support, difficulty of underground transfer and slow overall movement of frame, topological optimum design was made with taking overall stress minimum as optimal target, its structural material density as well as stress and volume were taken as designed variables and constraints. At the same time, stress distribution of topological optimization under condition of eccentricity loading of the top beam was proposed. The results showed that stress in distribution of maximum stress was reduced with keeping its stability, and its weight was lightened, which was very important for further design optimization.
