The original design for the -387 coal bunker of Kailuan Group Linnancang Mine was normal cylinder structure. Based on technology analysis and comparison, optimization schemes of offset bunker, partial mouth shut, reducing capacity and internal air duct were proposed, which not only reduced the perforation for the surface breaking of the relevant chamber and the construction of a ventilation hole, but achieved the target of saving period and consumption reduction.Through the construction method of producing scale models to guide the partial mouth reinforcement, mistakes of reinforcement in the site construction was avoided, overall construction quality and progress of the coal bin were enhanced. As a result, good effects of technical and economic had obtained.
