In order to explore adaptability problem of ZY5000 / 13 / 27 support in 1512 working face, three survey station working faces which applied KJ216 / KJ653 hydraulic support monitoring system to measure hydraulic support working resistance were set. Based on test data, setting load status, drag and end drag distribution features of holder were analyzed. The results showed that on account of low compliance rate of pumping pressure setting load, an increased resistance was prior in the latter stage of stent, end resistance was very close to resistance rating, and passive bearing of support was common. Because of high maintenance cost, working resistance difference between left and right column was large in some periods, which caused bad synchronous load bearing.
