Based on the residual stress in the hydraulic support processing, X-350AL x-ray stress analyzer was used to test and analyze hydraulic support roof beam roof and residual stresses at the main reinforcement plate, the result showed that longitudinal residual stresses and transverse residual stresses distribute symmetrically centered on welding line, longitudinal residual stress in vertical weld direction takes on pull-press-pull tendency, based on the removing of residual stress of hydraulic support, the technology provided theoretical analysis of residual stress and welding process.
