Based on main controlling factors of coal floor water bursting, main effecting factors were quantized and thematic map of spatial distribution was established by utilizing data storage, spatial data processing and analysis function of GIS. Weight of major influence factors was settled through APH analytic hierarchy process method, and partition of risk of floor water inrush in lower coal group was built on basis of vulnerable assessment model.
