To tackle with the problems of highly gassy mine, coal and gas outburst mine and gaseous mine, kailuan Group strives to construct the comprehensive working systems on gas prevention work, which are “reliable ventilation, sample qualification, monitoring and controlling, proper management”, and it also boosts the prevention and management innovation to improve the effective wind rate reaching above 87%. Besides, the coefficient of reserve factor of extraction working face blast capacity has been improved to be 1.8, and the gas drainage efficiency and gas use ratio has been improved respectively to be 47% and 25% from 38% and 16% in 2011. Gas accidents have been sufficiently restrained and security assurance has been provided for the safety and development of kailuan Mine zone.
