With 6270 slope mining face of Kailuan Lvjiatuo Mine as an example, this paper provides a detailed introduction in mining face layout, actual mining technical process, belt shift and convey, different structures’ impact on mining face quality, top coal, and roof fall-prevention methods. In addition, the paper gives a systematic summary of the solutions to this kind of problems. It has solved the impact of big slope belt on shift and convey and that of top coal support in the bottom exit on production and provided a technical reference for similar mining faces in the future.
