In order to improve advancing speed of hard rock roadway，No. 8 Mine，Pingdingshan Tian’an Mining Industry was taken as example，the main factors influencing mining speed were analyzed，the corresponding measures were put forward，a set of rapid advancing technology was summarized，the 3 months operation showed that the perfected construction technology and production organization improved the advancing speed from the original 220 m to 402 m，with obvious advancing effect.
