Based on science and technology management work feature in Jizhong Energy Group, the working problems were analyzed, according to major project of science and technology, application of scientific and technological achievements, knowledge of science and technology statistics, science and technology research and development platform, science and technology activities, science and technology management requirements, data mining, the necessity of the construction of science and technology management platform was discussed, which improved group management standard, scientific and systematic science and technology, science and technology innovation, provided help for the enterprise.
