Based on the No. 10 coal seam in Jinhui Rongtai Company was identified as spontaneous combustion coal seam, and with coal dust explosive, easy to cause mine fire, the mine established a set of grouting fire extinguishing system, and set up by KYSC - 1 type tube sampling equipment and GC950 type coal mine special equipment of chromatographic analysis of coal seam spontaneous combustion monitoring system. Field practice showed that the close effect of grouting system to goaf effectively inhibited the happening of the coal spontaneous combustion; Monitoring system detecting target gas provided reliable basis for the establishment of fire prevention measures, so far, the mine coal seam spontaneous combustion accident did not happen.
