There is no theoretical calculation of the optimal coke pushing force and coke pushing resistance of SCP all-in-one in the domestic first 6.25 m of tamping coke oven, so, the coke pushing electric current of SCP machine in the production of 6.25 m tamping coke oven was accounted, when the load of coke pushing current on the furnace wall was forecasted. The motor rated current 263 A was determined as limit current of 6.25 m tamping coke oven coke pushing ,and 402 A as the limit current of coke pushing,the demand of production safety could be met, and the service life of large tamping coke oven could be prolonged.
