In order to realize the railway transportation safety management, solve inclined roadway with people and cars simultaneously problem, prevent transportation accidents, according to installing monitoring in the endless rope winch,technical case was made, functions of case were introduced. Through practical operation, the technology case could effectively realize the monitoring of cars and people, with cars no people, with people no cars rule was settled, rail transport of coal mine was improved by technology, which improve the informationization, intellectualized control level of the railway transportation safety.
