In order to strengthen the coal mine ventilation management, reduce the gas accident and ensure the safety of coal mine worker life, according to Prevention and control of coal and gas outburst, high gas and large mining depth mine ventilating system transformation design in Dongpang Mine was taken as example, reducing mine ventilation resistance, increasing effective air volume deep area, the existing ventilation equipment and increasing safe exit in deep mining area were verified, after the completion of the mine ventilation system, deep level main ventilation route length reduced from 15 km to 8.5 km, the mine total air volume increased from 360 m3/s to 475m3/s, the wind well main fan negative pressure reduced to 2 156~2 822 pa, compared to the original estimate of 4 000 pa. after checking, the existing main ventilator met the needs of mine air and pressure after transformation.
