In order to solve the technical problems of complex procedures and lagging results of traditional coal ash testing, this paper focuses on a new type of equipment that establishes a linear relationship between a single coal ash and its natural radioactivity by constructing a data model. By carrying out relevant calibration experiments, the natural radioactivity data of the coal to be tested are collected and tabulated. The corresponding calibration table is established in the built-in system of the ash analyzer computer, and then the corresponding data model is improved through the calibration experiment, and finally the rapid and accurate determination of the ash of a single coal is realized. The results show that the technology greatly improves the detection efficiency of coal ash after field application, solves the technical bottleneck of data lag of traditional ash test method, and ensures that the product quality can be quickly grasped in the process of coal processing and production, and the product quality level can be improved.
