The No.2000 mining area of Dongpang Mine is located in the footwall ( rising wall ) of the fault. According to the production plan, it is necessary to further control the position and attitude of the F14 fault, and then to explore and reinforce the F14 fault in this area. In this paper, the water conductivity and fine exploration of the F14 fault were taken as the research object. The position and attitude of the F14 fault were accurately identified by means of underground drilling construction, coring, lithology identification and water quality testing. The F14 fault was determined to be non-conducting ( containing ) water within the exploration range. The grouting reinforcement of the F14 fault was carried out by establishing the underground grouting station, constructing reinforcement and inspection drilling. And the possible water channel was blocked, which ensured the safe excavating of roadway.
