Mine water disaster is the main threat to the safety production of working face. It is very important to accurately grasp the hydrogeological conditions and geological structure before mining. In order to ensure the safe and efficient production of No.15106 Face in Wangyun Coal Mine and support the prevention and control of water disasters in working face, the water source, channel and strength of working face were comprehensively analyzed, and the radio wave tunnel perspective method was used to detect the abnormal geological structure area of working face. The research showed that the main water source types of No.15106 Face were Taiyuan Formation limestone water and K7 sandstone water of roof. The water filling channel was mainly mining fissure, and the hydrogeological condition was medium. The abnormal area of physical detection in working face was mainly the intensive development area of structure (collapse column, fault, etc.).
