In order to meet the requirements of large capacity, high yield and high efficiency scraper conveyor in the new 4-3,4-4 mining face of Liangshuijing Mine, a new scraper conveyor chain is designed. Through the calculation of the transportation capacity of the scraper conveyor in the working face, the width of the scraper is designed and calculated. On the basis of the middle double chain, a new type of scraper conveyor chain with special ring structure is designed. The specific structure of the new scraper conveyor chain is designed in detail, and on the basis of three-dimensional modeling, the finite element simulation test of the side scraper and the special-shaped ring is carried out, and the test data is analyzed to strengthen the weak points of the special-shaped ring. The innovative design of the scraper conveyor chain effectively avoids the occurrence of chain breaking and chain jumping faults of the scraper conveyor chain, and provides technical support for the efficient transportation of the scraper machine.
