Hanglaiwan mine field uses Beijing 1954 coordinate system, which has many inconveniences in the actual work. Especially in the mine field boundary, due to the large length deformation, it is possible to cause measurement accidents without measurement measures. With the gradual application of CGCS2000 coordinate system, the advantages of high precision and wide application range are gradually reflected, and the adjacent mine boundary can be perfectly connected. At present, there are many articles on coordinate system conversion, but most of them are from the theoretical point of view, mainly for point coordinate conversion, with poor applicability and poor gross error control. In this paper, the plane four parameter model was used, and the batch mutual conversion function between Beijing 1954 coordinate and CGCS2000 coordinate in Hanglaiwan mine field was realized by using COORD software. It had the advantages of simple operation and convenient use, and had important reference significance in practical engineering.
