铝柱撑蒙脱石的制备及其对橙黄IV的吸附性能

摘要 为高效去除废水中的染料,以钠基蒙脱石为原料,经湿法改性蒙脱石制备了铝柱撑蒙脱石(Al-mt)。利用XRF、FTIR、XRD对其进行表征;以难降解的偶氮染料橙黄IV配制模拟废水,研究了Al-mt吸附橙黄IV的性能及吸附动力学和热力学。结果表明:在25 ℃,pH值为5时,对50 mg/L的橙黄IV吸附30 min到达吸附平衡,吸附率95.90%,且吸附过程满足Freundlich等温吸附模型和拟二级动力学方程。

Abstract :In order to efficiently remove dyes in waste water, aluminum-pillared montmorillonite (Al-mt) was prepared by wet modification of montmorillonite using sodium-based montmorillonite as raw material. XRF, FTIR, XRD were used to characterize it; the refractory azo dye Orange IV was used to prepare simulated wastewater, and the adsorption performance and adsorption isothermal kinetics of Al-mt for Orange IV were studied. The results showed that at 25 ℃ and pH value of 5, 50 mg/L orange IV was adsorbed for 30 min to reach the adsorption equilibrium, the adsorption rate was 95.90%, and the adsorption process satisfies the Freundlich isotherm adsorption model and the pseudo-second-order kinetic equation.
