Abstract:In order to overcome the shortcomings of PVC, PE and other plastic gas pipes for mining, the effects of composite antistatic agent and special conductive carbon black on the antistatic and mechanical properties of chlorinated polyethylene composite gas pipes were studied. After adding composite antistatic agent and special conductive carbon black, the antistatic properties of chlorinated polyethylene composite materials were significantly improved. The surface resistance of CPE composites can reach 2.4×103Ω by blending extrusion granulation, which meets the requirements of the surface resistance of the exhaust gas pipe material specified in the standard of MT558.1-2005. The results show that the amount of extra conductive carbon black is about 8 phr.
