Abstract:Aiming at the characteristics of large delay and poor monitoring accuracy of traditional air compressor fault monitoring equipment, taking Xinyuan Mine as the research object, a system design scheme for real-time fault monitoring and control of air compressor by PLC controller is proposed. By collecting and processing the data through sensors, the online monitoring of the air compressor is realized, which provides a strong guarantee for the reliable and efficient operation of the air compressor.
