Abstract：Tensioning force is very important to the normal operation of belt machine. TD75 type belt conveyor of Pinshu Coal Industry was taken as an example, the belt machine tensioning mechanism was analyzed and studied, and its characteristics and application range were classified and summarized, and different tensioning mechanisms were compared and analyzed to find the most suitable tensioning mechanism for belt machine.
