Coke oven gas, the byproduct of the coking plant, is the raw material of the chemical plant. This paper design mainly includes the pipeline laying, thermal compensation, and condensate discharge, to ensure the long-distance transportation of coke oven gas. Pipe diameter and slope can be determined by the gas flow and natural terrain respectively. A water-sealed tank with thermal insulation by steam is used to solve the problem of condensate discharge. The thermal deformation of the coke oven gas pipeline and steam pipeline can be resolved with bellows compensator. Total transportation distance of the three lines is 5 800 m. Pipe diameter is fixed as DN1200/DN800 and pipe slope is 0.6% after calculation. The compensation amount of the coke oven gas pipeline and steam pipeline are 110mm and 144 mm.
