In recent years, mining under water bodies has been a major problem in mine safety production, which directly affected the sustainability of coal resource mining in mines. Therefore, many scholars have researched and explored safe mining solutions under large water bodies, and some preliminary results of mining solutions under water bodies have been achieved. In this project, based on the previous research, the two safe mining schemes of underwater mining during the dry period and river diversion mining were determined, and the design of the two schemes was compared and the resources of the two mining schemes were calculated, and finally the underwater mining during the dry period was determined from the perspective of safety and economy. The study can provide a certain degree of knowledge for future safe mining solutions for coal mining under water bodies.
