In order to investigate the changes of minerals before and after the combustion of pulverized coal in the gasifier, the surface morphology and XRD of the samples before and after the gasification were compared and observed with the raw materials of coal-water slurry gasifier in the normal production section of the Weinan Chemical Fertilizer Plant, and the results showed that the increase of the furnace temperature exacerbated the diffusion movement of the material particles in the coal, and there were chemical bond breaks and rearrangement accompanied by a large number of substances during the phase change of the minerals. Phase transformation; ash is a mixture of mineral melt with unburned carbon and impurities, the surface of which has a well-developed pore structure due to gas escape and lattice defects caused by the strong thermal movement of the mass; the high temperature destroyed the original crystal structure of the minerals and finally presented a glassy phase solidified in the ash.
