为了提升液压支架掩护梁金属结构件的生产效率和质量,以同煤集团机电装备公司为例,在分析掩护梁生产流程的基础上,设计研究了优化下料与生产管控系统。系统采用模块化设计,包含的功能主要有优化下料、生产管理、库存管理、采购管理、综合查询等。利用Delphi7开发工具和SQL Server 2012数据库对系统进行开发,具有良好的稳定性。系统的实践应用能够显著提升液压支架生产企业的生产效率。
In order to improve the production efficiency and quality of the metal structural parts of hydraulic support cover beams, the same coal group electromechanical equipment company, as an example, on the basis of analyzing the production process of shield beam, the optimized material and production control system were designed and studied. The system adopted modular design and contains functions such as optimized material cutting, production management, inventory management, procurement management and comprehensive query. The system was developed using Delphi 7 development tools and SQL Server 2012 databases, with good stability. The practical application of the system can significantly improve the production efficiency of hydraulic support manufacturers.
