The molecular sieve rotor including the modules of air filtration, VOCs (volatile organic compounds) removal (molecular sieve rotor concentration module) and catalytic oxidation was used to treat penicillin fermentation exhaust gas. The results show that the monitoring indicators such as non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC), VOCs and odor concentration, etc. of penicillin fermentation exhaust gas treated by molecular sieve rotor and catalytic oxidation unit are significantly lower than the relevant emission standard. At the same time, due to its strong versatility, high processing efficiency, low operating cost and long life, it has become the preferred treatment method for high-volume, low-concentration VOCs-containing exhaust gas.
