The deformation and failure of the air crossing on the working face of Longdingshan Mine was taken as the research object, and the causes of deformation and damage of the air crossing on the working face were comprehensively analyzed. It was concluded that the main cause of the obvious large deformation and damage of the air crossing was the roadway. The positional stress field was complex and the stress was large. The anchor support was not coupled under the original support condition of the roadway, and the overall lithology of the surrounding rock of the roadway was poor. The actual situation of the mine and the location of the air crossing were designed. The composite anchoring scheme of stress anchor cable, from the field application situation, the composite support scheme achieved better support effect, with reference significance for the support of similar roadway.
