Faults are the main form of geological structure of mines, which have an important impact on the coal seam and hydrogeological conditions. Tangjiahui Mine revealed DF2-3 (fault occurrence: 172°∠73°H=12 m) during the roadway mining of 61201 working face. It is a water-conducting fault. The fault with strong water conductivity, and the single hole in the front exploration hole with the highest water output amount, up to 72 m3/h, the headwater of the roadway was 25 m3/h, and the construction conditions were poor. The fault layer connected the ash layer to bring great difficulty to its management. For this reason, the design of the fault was designed. The curtain grouting scheme achieved good governance effects and ensured that the roadway passed the fault safely.
