The original pulp preparation used in the Chensilou Coal Preparation Plant was old and damaged, causing problems in the flotation system. In response to this situation, the FCA-3200 atomized drop coal slurry preprocessor was used to replace the original XK-1600 slurry preparer. The structure and working principle of the preprocessor were analyzed and the effect of the replacement was summarized. Practice shows that the FCA-3200 atomized drop coal slurry pretreatment device improves the pretreatment effect of the suspended coal slurry after the actual application of the Chensilou coal preparation plant, reduces the flotation agent dosage, and improves the flotation clean coal. The recovery rate also reduces the discharge cycle of the pressure filter, increases the efficiency of the equipment, and releases the capacity of the flotation system.
