Through the logistics park project site area preliminary engineering geological exploration, the distribution characteristics of undergroun goaf and its analysis and evaluation of deformation and stability, and according to the evaluation results, mine goaf by filling grouting treatment scheme was put forward, the construction management scope, design, technological process and quality control were discussed, which provided reference and experience for similar projects.
