Abstract Regional governance is an effective means to prevent and control water disaster in coal mine floor. In this paper, aiming at the problem of large grouting volume in the treatment process of 19101 working face in Yunjialing Mine, different grouting material ratios are used for pulping, sampling and testing. The ratio of cement to fly ash 3:7 can meet the requirements of floor water prevention and control by comparing the compressive strength value of slurry stone body and mudstone and the water resistance coefficient of aquifuge. At the same time, the test results are popularized and applied, and the results of tracking and monitoring underground drilling, geophysical prospecting and mining water inrush show that the treatment effect is remarkable. The optimization technology of grouting material can provide useful reference for engineering projects with large grouting volume, help coal mining enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency, and improve the quality of development.
