| Application of GA-SVM decision model in coal preparation monitoring system |

Abstract There are impurities in the formation process of raw coal, and some impurities will be mixed in mining. With the development of industry, new requirements are put forward for the quality of coal. It is necessary to wash coal and improve the quality of coal. Coal preparation is the most common way. Coal preparation tasks are heavy, and coal preparation equipment is a prerequisite for ensuring coal preparation work. In order to ensure the reliable operation of the equipment, taking the coal preparation plant of Huayang No.1 Coal Mine as an example, the information technology is used to monitor the equipment of the coal preparation plant and effectively grasp the running state of the equipment at any time. Through the analysis of the structure of coal preparation equipment, the coal preparation monitoring system is constructed. Taking the monitoring of jigging process as an example, the GA-SVM decision model is used to judge its running state, and the diagnostic accuracy of GA-SVM under different numbers is tested. The practice shows that the system meets the requirements of Huayang No.1 Coal Preparation Plant, improves the accuracy of equipment fault identification and shortens the maintenance time.
