| Analysis of the influence of changes in coal slime properties on coal slime drying efficiency |

Abstract The purpose of this paper is to analyze the reasons for the decrease of the efficiency of the coal slime drying system in Dongpang Mine. Through the observation and analysis of the actual operation of the coal slime drying system, it is found that the increase of ash content and high ash fine mud content in coal slime is the main reason for the decrease of drying efficiency. This paper further explores the causes of this phenomenon and puts forward some suggestions for improvement. Through the implementation of improvement measures, the efficiency of the slime drying system can be effectively improved and the energy consumption can be reduced.
