Abstract The filling system of common gangue filling support has problems such as insufficient back tamping strength, long filling time and complicated operation. The SAC bracket electro-hydraulic control system independently developed by Beijing Tianma Company changed the manual control operation into the electronic signal operation controlled by the computer program. After continuous test and modification, the complete program containing the automatic filling function of the back of the bracket was successfully compiled and completed. The application of the intelligent gangue filling system in Xingdong Mine shows that the system realizes the automatic filling function of the gangue filling support, speeds up the filling time, reduces the operation process and ensures the filling strength.
