| Application analysis of new hole sealing device for geological water exploration drilling in Huayang First Mine |

Abstract Due to the technology backwardness of traditional geological water exploration drilling, drilling leakage and drilling pipe channeling occurred frequently in the process of water discharge after water exploration drilling operation. Taking No.81303 face in Huayang First Mine as the research object, the problems in the water exploration drilling in the early stage of roadway excavation were studied. Combined with the mine production situation, a new type of hole sealing device was proposed. After application in No.81303 face, the results showed that the hole sealing device effectively improved the sealing effect of water exploration drilling, the qualified rate was significantly improved, and the safety factor of water exploration and discharge operation was significantly improved.
