Abstract In view of the frequent occurrence of coal mine safety accidents caused by risk and hidden danger factors, the Internet technology is combined with the relevant laws and regulations of national coal mine safety to establish a dual prevention mechanism system by means of safety risk control and hidden danger investigation and management. The system is developed based on JavaEE platform, and MySQL is selected as the database server. The framework of Struts2 + Spring3.0 + MyBatis3.0 is used for development, which is divided into two levels: group level and mine level, and the risk classification control and hidden danger investigation management are carried out respectively. The practice results show that the relevant personnel can work through the PC terminal and mobile APP login system, and realize the real-time support for the work of the post personnel; through the visualization of risk information, the management level of coal mine informatization is improved. The statistical analysis of risk and hidden danger information provides technical support for coal mine safety dual prevention decision.
