Abstract Aiming at the problems existing in the actual operation of trackless rubber-tyred vehicle in Huangling No.1 Coal Mine, a scheduling system is studied and designed. The system is divided into two parts : on-well and underground. On the basis of positioning the vehicle, combined with the signal lights set in the roadway, the safety scheduling of all vehicles is ensured. The selection and design of underground control substation controller, vehicle positioning module and vehicle running status monitoring module are introduced. Combined with the actual situation of roadway, the scheduling strategy is studied.
