Abstract In order to better separate and extract the crystalline salt in the evaporative crystallization system and obtain qualified products, the separation equipment of materials with different chemical properties in the design process is designed and selected. Three methods of extracting evaporated crystalline solids were selected, and the related chemical equipment, such as slicing machine, centrifuge and filter, were described respectively. The types and working principles of different separation equipment were described, and the advantages and disadvantages of each equipment were described in the application field, which material crystals can be separated. The results show that centrifuge is more common to separate crystalline salt.
